This was our first time at this location, we previously have always used the Crafton location with excellent service and we very happy to receive the same high quality service we have been used to in the past. Good job guys!
I have used your service for over 10 years, about 13 I think. My vehicle is a 2006 Hyndai. John went the extra mile to inform me about the Air Bag warming light. He was clear what and how he could help if possible. The problem was resolved and did save me money, instead of me having to use a dealer. I do believe I get a better price using Ryan and that is very important to me. However, what really keeps me coming back is the quality of your service. The attitude of your staff has always been top notch. Their skill levels are high and I have always been impressed with their knowledge base. They have always taking the time to answer my questions and that make me feel fully informed. I would never have any reservations referring anyone to Ryan. I did also buy my tires there last year.
I want to thank the gentleman who helped me on 11/13/14. My tires were showing low air pressure when I was out with my Mom. I stopped at Ryan Automotive, and asked if someone could check my tires. The nice gentleman had me pull my car over, and he checked all of my tires. This kind man didn't charge me for his service. There are still kind people in this world who do things for others just to help - not for a price. Thank you!
